In The Spotlight was established in 2003.  Since then we have become the Hills leading Performing Arts Studio. In The Spotlight is set for success, and helping others achieve it.

In The Spotlight Performing Arts Studio is about MORE than dance, it's about MOTIVATING young people to be the BEST they can be! It's about developing qualities every child needs to succeed.

This year celebrating its 6th Birthday, In The Spotlight now has a community of over 400 students.  We have proven results in both quality and friendship within the studio. Students can gain confidence, poise, and lasting friendships by studying with vibrant and nurturing teachers in a non-competitive environment.

At In The Spotlight students are encouraged to socialize, work together and take part in our trademark annual concerts at The Hills Centre were we have received rave reviews for our dynamic performances.

We don’t stop there!  Throughout the year we offer plenty of social and performance opportunities.   (All events are optional)  We have private lessons for those wishing to attend eisteddfods and selected showgroups for group competition and outside performances.

We cater for students who are interested in becoming a star performer and for those who just wish to socialise and have fun.  Certainly we hope that your daughter or son will learn to appreciate dance, singing and/or drama, but we also teach the other less tangible but very important qualities like respect, poise, and self-confidence.

Welcome to my fabulous Studio!

Dance, Singing and Drama helped me build my confidence as a young child, and now I teach others to believe in themselves as well as to develop a love of performing.

I am dedicated to all my students and enjoy seeing them develop as performers.

I have performed for several clubs as a singer/dancer and even performed on the Channel 9 TV show ‘Starstruck’ in 2000.  I have appeared in several other TV shows and have recorded 4 singles at Powerplay Records.

I began my training at the early age of 3yrs at a local dance school.  I moved to The McDonald College of Performing Arts to further my training in High School where I was on a dance scholarship.  After touring the USA for dance with the school and obtaining my certificate IV in performing arts from Brent Street Studios, I then began to teach for The McDonald College as a dance teacher in 2001 until I opened my own studio, which has become my passion.
